- 1 lb minced pork, ground chicken or ground turkey I like to marinate the meat for at least an hour with some minced garlic, soya sauce, sesame oil and a hint of white pepper
- 1-2 cans cream style corn I like to throw in some extra frozen veggies as well
- salt and pepper to taste
Marinate the meat for at least an hour with some minced garlic, soya sauce, sesame oil and a hint of white pepper
Cook the meat on medium heat until cooked 75%. About 5-6 minutes.
Add in the frozen vegetables and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Add in the cream style corn and cook for another few minutes.
Serve with some steamed rice.
